But you gave false informtion info to BestChange, and here still no mark "the exchanger can require verification" — this misleads BestChange's users and leads to loss money!

When I sent you the btc, it wasn't the discussed amount minus the fee. It was 0.1028 btc. And want them back. And by the way, the fee of the transaction wasn't 0.0004 btc.. Your transaction was 0.44078635 btc, and the fee was 5311 sat (0.00005311 btc). And my part was 0.1024, so my part of the fee is 0.0000123366btc. So stop lying and give me back the money you stole from me.

As we told you we paid 0.0004 BTC to make withdrawal from crypto exchange. We don't control how much exvhange paid for it.

You simply put my money in your pocket. You gave it to your friends. You got rid of it some other way. You lost it. All possible explanations matter zero. What matters truly is the fact that I still haven't got what you owe me. And until I get from you fully what you owe me fully this claim won't go down.
And frankly speaking, your scam is obvious:
-- Promise a client one deal.
-- Instead of that deal claim AML fail. And the client cannot have any clue how's that justified.
-- Make client undergo answering about fifteen or more very thorough questions designed to make the client give up, because some of those questions for some people are simply impossible: not everyone keeps track of every transaction.
-- And even if the client manages to provide all the requested data (and that was my case: I answered ALL of your ridiculous questions), still refuse to proceed with the deal.
-- Present the client with the possibility of refund, but send him less than what you got from him.
-- PROFIT.

And by the way, you didn't mention any 12.5% up until I made your scam obvious. All you said before was about the fee you "had to pay". And 12.5% of 0.1028 is not 0.0004, it's 0.01285. So it has nothing to do with the situation, it's just one more of your attempts of deceit.
Give me back the money you stole from me.
