You created an order on December 30, in the evening, but the payment did not go through - payments fell into an error. We retransmitted payments several times, but they also fell into error. On the 31st, we connected a backup gateway and pushed payments through it - and they went through successfully. Please check your account for incoming payments for the 31st. We also sent you a screenshot from our processing by mail - where you can see that all payments were successful on December 31.
