Issue has been successfully resolved by the exchanger's administration
The exchange attempt was unsuccessful, after contacting support I was told to wait, I waited, wrote again, but nothing happened, I was still told to wait.
Now more than 25 hours have passed and I still have not received my money.
The amount of exchange is 80 000$
I do not recommend these guys if you want to get your money in time or even get it at all.

Earlier I made two swaps in this service. The first (test) swap was quick and easy. The second took about an hour to complete with technical support's help. But today my third attempt was a complete failure. I sent my coins (around 350 dollars worth) to the address specified by Easyswap. Several hours passed. Nothing. I asked the tech spt for help. The reply was: "We are working on this". And working, working, working... I realized I will never get my funds back. This failed transaction ID is ***. Think twice before using this service. You are at risk. PS. I've made snapshots of all my communications with tech support, which turned out to be nonsupportive at all. The swap was attempted trough the service's application.

After 12 hours and after my multiple complaints I got my money back. The problem has been resolved. I sent the coins to the specified address almost immediately. I do not know why it took the service so long to see the coins. Probably there is smth wrong with their software. I any case, I have no more complaints. But I will never ever use their service again.

I sent bch to exchange to xmr and it as been stuck on exchanging for apx 3 hours. i contacted support (Brad) who siad he will hek wait 10 — 15 mins and still got no answer 1 hour later.

Hello, I was blatantly *** by this organization. They were supposed to send me 4 ETH. Accordingly, the rate changed abruptly in 2 minutes and I was sent 3.9 ETH. 3 Hours and 3500 confirmations later, my exchange failed and they are telling me they are unable to refund me or do anything about it, they tell me all I can do is wait.

For how long? No idea. I've been waiting the hours they've told me to and support refuses to help me. Can you either refund me or complete the exchange with the amount I was supposed to receive.

19 hours ago I started a swap for AVAX to LTC, sent the funds almost immediately and they were confirmed and taken by their wallet. The exchange failed and I contacted support where I've been getting the runaround ever since. One sentence replies like "we'll keep you updated" and "we apologize for the inconvenience" but absolutely no new information, no updates, no apparent progress on the issue. I requested a refund around 15 hours ago after the exchange had failed, as that's a condition required by their refund policy. No progress on that front whatsoever.

I'm completely aware they try to make a profit in the market with a floating rate, but this is beyond the pale with how much the markets have moved since the initial exchange. Just increase your estimated fee and make the exchange work, but don't lie to me.

The main reason of choosing simpleswap was it sounds like "decentralized service" coz the website said "non-custodial" and blablabla.
Till now, i've used simpleswap for more than 10 times to exchange my token and never heard about binance or liquidity partner
