Hello, I created an exchange on SimpleSwap, then immediately sent coins to their account, direction ETH Optimism — USDT TRC20. I still show *Pending deposit*, first of all tech support told me to wait from 5 to 60 minutes, then that the exchange can be delayed for 2 hours, then they wrote me a link to the transaction where you sent the coins, I gave it to them 3 times. It's been like 4 hours since the crediting of funds to their account, I have not received my coins. Your posts about how you feel so much *pity* for me don't interest me, I want my money.

These two days were really hard days for me, because I am a trader and not a holder! I exchanged W token at 1.16 and I was going to sell it at 1.24, now after 2 days you sold it to me and I lost 200 dollars just because of your delay, it was really the worst experience of my life! I lost and got nervous and was stressed for 41 hours, and I doubt that I will ever use your platform again.

I talked to the admin of W token, and they told me that there is no problem from our side, I also asked different exchanges like Coinex and Binance and they had no problem withdrawing W token, which means that you can withdraw this currency. You had a problem, you gave me an alternative way after 40 hours, which cost me $200!

I am an artist and this is a big loss for me, you are not even doing anything to make up for it.

More than 30 hours delayed the exchange, support responds very, very rarely and you have to wait more than 15 minutes for a response. After a day of delayed exchange they asked for KYC, I eventually verified, but the funds never arrived, during this time I managed to lose some of my money and most importantly some of my time.

I do not recommend this exchanger in any way.

You offered me a refund and sent YOUR address as a receiver. When I told you so you said that I need to complete verification to provide the address. And btw maybe you can deliver this information to the dev of your exchange, in xmr you can NOT see the address of the sender, maybe this stupid kid will become a little bit smarter. I will not complete any of your verifications and I will not get less by 800 usd worth of coins. I was ok when you told me that you will send me a coins when I'm losing 500 usd, I agreed and you again said that my exchange is failed and I lost 300 usd more. This a fucking joke but not exchange, it was of course the last time I use this shit, anyway you are using funds of ChangeNow to pay the orders.

I only agree to get 1393 FET or delisting from bestchange, because clearly your exchange is not working and I was thinking that bestchange list only working exchanges but not some school project.

Today, several applications were created on the specified platform. The first 2 exchange were relatively small and amounted to 0.001 and 0.3 BTC and passed without any difficulties.
After that, the third application was created in the amount of 1 BTC. After a couple of hours, the status of the application remained unchanged and had to contact support, which with a standard set of phrase replied that the exchange/return of these funds was impossible without verification.
When asked why the first 2 exchanges passed, they answered simply and without hesitation — well, the first 2 and that's it, and the third turned out to be risky. I don’t know whether they understand or not, that it looks like they just waited for a large sum to make an attempt to *** through KYC's request.
Please note that all 3 exchange implied a translation of coins from the same BTC address. The BCHANGE administration please pay attention to the incident. Even if the coins have some kind of score in some bases, then what is the point of making the first 2 transactions. There is only one conclusion, in my opinion.

Exchanged 20 DOT for 206 USDC on Solana without problem. I contacted their support with details of my payment and it was very quick after that. Automatic payment detection lagged a bit.

I sent SimpleSwap USDC for an exchange which they could not execute and they would not return my USDC. They charged me additional fees to have my USDC returned and then after I sent them the fees they still did not return my USDC, simply stating "We will do our best to make your coins available to you again." This has persisted for several days without my funds returned. This company has no integrity, I would avoid using them.

The coins were returned. It's unfortunate that I needed to post here to get it to happen. I gave them adequate warning to try and resolve the problem without involving a third party. They never explained the USDC/USDC. E issue to me nor did they adequately explain why that transaction did was not executed. Its also not clear to me why I would need to pay $50 to have my coins returned.

I just decided to make sure that everything is OK with my exchanges. I thought I would wait a couple of days, but they answered me just a couple of minutes later. After another 15 minutes, I received a hash and a notification about the completion of the exchange. Excellent support work.

The exchange was frozen and asked to undergo KYC + provide a source of funds. I provided everything! And on their part, 0 actions are just silence. I don’t recommend using it when clients are treated this way, I suffer losses because of them!

I made a transaction of over 100k us to swap for xmr.
They kept on showing that it's processing till they told me to wait 4-5 hours. i am writing this review because i'm not liking what i'm seeing in these reviews and i am scared i may not get my money back.

I am facing the same issue Anna Maria is.

This is actually scary.
I've used them before without issues with smaller volumes.

Pretty hard for me to accept 100k.
