Recently i submitted a swap order ANKR to BNB, i swap 2,7M ankr and "You will receive ~ 709.98416975 BNB-MAINNET" they said. After waiting for a while, i submit a ticket to support for asking how long this swap will take. And they said usually an order will takes up to 60 minutes, 20 minutes later i receive new email and they said my order suspended because their system made wrong calculation in ANKR BNB pair, this is not professional. Then the support offering me to refund my ankr or complete my order with "In this case you will receive ~670 BNB-MAINNET". I choose to refund my ANKR because if i trade manually ANKR/BNB for that moment i will get 680-683 BNB with 0.0002531 bnb for 1 ankr. Then i think they make a good profit in other order. But they wont take the responsibility when their own system make a wrong calculation, they choose to make their customer disappointed. I think will be better if they complete the order that already submitted. and suspend for new trade while fixing wrong rate calculation. How this platform can be big if "wrong calculation" like this only spotted when customer already submit an order, Then let the costumer down after accidentally make they know if there a technical issue in their system. They not ready to be big platform Without responsibility like this.

Kyber exchange for DENT is frozen due to a "sudden" technical problem (which happens regularly on this exchanger, by the way). Those support stated that their program could not complete my exchange, offered to return my funds in full. I insisted on the completion of the exchange manually, in the end, for that there is support for those there. Stretched with the solution of this issue for 3 days. As a result, the funds were returned, but not fully, my Kyber network commission paid for my funds. ))) Their problem is my fee! Lol! Most likely in their affiliate program behave in a similar way.
