I am not satisfied with the service at all. Ordered a KASPA to USDT BSC exchange, sent the tokens right away. KASPA is rather fast network, so no need to wait tens of minutes to get a confirmation. But yeah, we're more than an hour in already, still at the "Pending deposit" step despite the transaction is clearly completed according to the block explorer. It takes more than 10 minutes (sometimes even 20) for support agent to answer and sometimes they even copy-paste their previous responces (classic "Thaks for the info, stay tuned..."). The exchange is not completed yet, just want to warn other people.
