Unfortunately, the issue appeared because your deposit were sent without the required MEMO. You can see on the exchange page that MEMO is mantadory in order to complete the swap. As the coins were sent without MEMO - the deposit came to our liquidity partner that requires a fixed fee for a refund (50 USDT).
We understand your dissatisfaction, but without MEMO we dont have any access to your coins and the additional fee is the only way to issue a refund.

Please note the warning on your exchange page: "To not lose your funds please enter the memo while sending your deposit".
Unfortunately, your current deposit has not been credited due to the fact that you did not put the corresponding tag (MEMO) when you made the deposit. Due to the missed MEMO, your deposit did not reach our account, but went directly to our liquidity provider.
We are sorry that this issue happened to you. However, the only thing we can do in this case is to request a refund of your deposit from our liquidity provider. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your deposit and we cannot influence this situation otherwise.
Considering the time and effort involved in manual retrieval of untagged deposit, our liquidity provider requires a 50 USDT processing fee. The payment of this commission is mandatory to start the refund process.

The processing fee of our liquidity provider is fixed and does not depend on the amount of the swap. Regardless of $5 or $5000 you sent without the required MEMO, the recovery fee will be 50 USDT.
We are concerned that you are experiencing this issue with our service. However, MEMO is an important address feature necessary for identifying a transaction recipient beyond a wallet address. The address to which you send crypto can be equated to an airplane. The MEMO indicates which seat on that plane belongs to you. Therefore, due to the missed MEMO, the deposit was sent to the root address owner instead of being credited to our account.
Unfortunately, in this situation, we really do not have access to your deposit. We only inform you of the return conditions set by our liquidity provider. Please note that our liquidity provider interacts with a huge amount of transactions. The recovery and crediting of an untagged deposit is a manual and rather time-consuming process.

We accept deposits to our account located on the platform of our exchange partner. Thus, the address that you see on the exchange page belongs to our partner, while the mandatory MEMO determines that it belongs to our account. This is a common type of deposits for a big exchange platforms.
As we mentioned earlier, your deposit went directly to our partner and is on their side because the mandatory MEMO was skipped.
Please note that we cooperate with different liquidity providers and depending on this, the procedure for recovering funds may differ. As a rule, each major platform charges a fee for this service - it is either deducted from the original deposit or paid separately. In order for the exchange to start automatically on our service, the STX deposit must come with a mandatory MEMO. In this case, the exchange is carried out according to the conditions specified initially within 60 minutes.
However, we are not responsible for deposits sent incorrectly. As we mentioned earlier, the MEMO is an integral part of the address. A missed MEMO is equivalent to sending crypto to the wrong address.
Due to the missed MEMO, your funds went to an address owned by the Kucoin exchange. Further recovery of funds can only be issued on their terms.
