I sent my BTC to get ETH, in the end after a long time I received this message: Your exchange has failed. As it was explained to me the liquidity provider could not send you cryptocurrency to this address, although 10 minutes after the creation of this order, I exchanged BTC to FET and LINK (exactly to the same address) on the same platform and I received them but ETH did not. As a result, they took 0.1 BTC from me and now the support service just stopped responding, I provided them with all the necessary information that they demanded from me, but now they just ignore me.

I sent 400 EUROS in BITCOIN (BTC) to SimpleSwap to receive MONERO (XMR), but the site stopped my swapping and decided to make me go through a "KYC" procedure that I refuse to complete for personal reasons.

I'm not asking to continue swapping but just to return my cryptocurrencies to one of my original addresses.

But SimpleSwap.io refuses and tells me to proceed with KYC because they've decided that my transaction came from illegal funds (phishing, hacking, etc.). Except that in my country that's called ***. Nobody should decide whether my transaction is fraudulent or not and force me to make my identity public. If you don't want to do the SWAP, fine, but just give me my money back.

I sent my 1.64btc to Simpleswap for USDT ERC20

Simpleswap has not given me my USDT. A lot of money! The BTC went to their address correctly, and their website says “Your exchange has failed, Your exchange could not be completed due to technical reasons.”

They responded on chat and also on email but no resolution! I don’t know why they can’t send me my coins back because they received my coins.

If they don’t get this squared away I will get my lawyers involved I run a legitimate business and I don’t mind to KYC but I need my coins!

In May on the 28th, an exchange was made on the simpleswap website. Direction ETH — USDT(ERC20). Initially the transaction had confirmations, but its status did not change in any way. I wrote to support and asked for help. In response I received:
"Your transaction is currently at the confirmation stage. As soon as your transaction is fully confirmed, we will immediately complete your exchange.

Thank you for your patience."

A couple of minutes later I received a notification that I needed to confirm KYC verification, which I immediately passed. They also asked for documents about where the money is coming from. Sent all the documents in the first 2 days. Within a week I get the same reply that my money is under verification. On the 31st of May I write to them for support:
"Good day.
Why don't you give me my money back then?"

And I get the answer
"Hello! The point is that the issue is on the side or our liquidity provider, so it doesn't only depend on us
From our side we are doing our best to help you getting access to your coins asap
Please accept our apologies for such a delay! As soon as there is more info, we will inform you immediately"

They don't want to refund my money, not even my original money. Please sort this out!

Schon wieder keine Auszahlung und nur dumme Ausreden bzw man gibt es an die Technik weiter!
Gestern musste ich schon nachfragen damit es eine Auszahlung gab und heute spinnt das System bei denen schon wieder und nichts passiert auer frecher Antworten, dass es an die Technik geht!

Passed KYC and now they tell me to expect 24 hours! It's been over 30 hours since the transaction was denied. Referring to KYC! I made it, although there was no reason for it, as their system could not recognize this deposit as suspicious, because the funds have nothing to do with any prohibited operations. Going on day 4! Requested to go through KYC and show something to verify funds. Passed KYC, threw a bank statement that I have funds in my life. But now they just ask for confirmation of the transaction where I deposited the first time funds to the wallet. At this point I do not understand why I have to prove something to the exchanger, confirm, and secondly, since when my KYC is not enough. Do not give specifics, what they want to see. A large amount of funds is frozen, I doubt the safety of this exchanger for your funds. I use a lot of other exchangers, there was not one similar situation. And this is the second time the freeze, last day in 2 weeks they gave the funds, and this day is already 5 days! BestChange team please pay attention to these exchangers. The fact that they claim that the system has noticed suspicious activity is pure bullshit, because in my actions there was nothing suspicious, except for the exchange of funds.

On June 7, 2024 this exchanger asked me — Can I accept my unblocked funds to my addresses from which I sent to the exchanger. I said I could. And I asked how soon you will send me the funds, the exchanger said that within a few hours. I made an exchange from litecoin to monero yesterday and it was stopped before payout because of alleged problems and the support is not able to give proper information and lies to me with every answer!
Since yesterday I have already found more than 70 other victims who have the same problems and are already waiting 3-4 days for their coins.
The time is always increased and you should just wait longer, which of course makes sense if you want to collect more and more money but then not pay more!

This looks very much like a *** and I don't recommend anyone to exchange anything here if you still want to get money in the end.
They are not able to pay coins and in the end it is not my problem if they supposedly have technical problems with an exchange!

Then there are the cheeky replies that my money is safe and I won't lose anything, but the price fluctuations since I sent it are not taken into account or that I had to buy these coins somewhere else for no reason and currently have double expenses.
You're just being put off and since more and more people are reporting the same problems, it's clear what's going on there.

Funny enough, I had a friend later try today to swap SOL to TON and it went through. So, TON is not on maintenance. lmao. I've also been using *** ever since and it's working great.

Officially lost $600 (80 TON). Not trusting these guys ever again. In their customer service emails, Stephanie was straight up ignorantly *** to me as well, as if I should have no reason to be concerned about 80 TON gone completely missing.

Literally am one of the most patient and understanding people, but this has gone too far. Don't see how they can't just pull out 80 TON to reimburse me for their mistake.

I am extremely angry with the service of this exchange. Nearly a week ago, I transferred 4.922 XMR, and I still have not received my funds. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I haven't received any clear answer about when my money will be returned. Every day, I get the same useless response: "WAIT."
To test the exchange, I made another transaction for $35, and it was processed instantly. This proves that the exchange works fine and the issue is not due to technical problems.
It appears that my funds have been deliberately withheld, and I consider this outright fraud. If I do not get my money back within the next three business days, I will contact law enforcement and post negative reviews on forums and social media.
I am absolutely furious with this terrible service and lack of respect.

After that I immediately wrote to SimpleSwap technical support about the verification. The answer was — please wait.

More than 23 hours have passed since the start of the exchange. I still haven't received my XMR. To every question I asked about the timeframe, the answer is the same — please wait.

How much longer do I have to wait? They ruin the plans of people who decide to use their exchanger by taking away funds for at least a day.

After 2 days of waiting, I received..... no, not my XMRs. I got a new link to verify this time the sources of my BNBs and my finances in general. Created a transaction BTC -> USDT TRC20. Transaction was failed by technical reason. Requested a refund, but refund ticket was closed on their website in minutes with status: Solved.

tl;dr
Transaction fails after beeing for hours on sending. Offer a refund.
Then tell me that the coins were exchanged to CSPR, so for the refund we'll need to do a reversed exchange which may entail certain loses. Nothing happens after that.
I ask again about the refund. Answer: coins are stuck on our liquidity partner side.
Since then i only hear: please wait/no update yet, etc...

Send BTC to get CSPR.
Pending deposit, confirming, and Exchanging all ok an green.
Then it gets stuck on Sending for hours.

I contact support and the say "transaction is stuck on the sending stage". I ask for the transacion-ID and they say "The transaction is stuck on the sending stage, so there is no tx hash yet"
Then after talking to support, the transaction fails and i get the option to ask for a refund. I asked for a refund.
Got a confirmation per mail that is usual takes ~24h for the refund. (This was 2.5 days ago)
I ask for infos on the refund and they tell me: "unfortunately, your coins were exchanged to CSPR, so in case of refund we'll need to do a reversed exchange which may entail certain loses".
"We will keep you updated" I did not get an update.

Monday 29.04
Did not get any update. Ask for an update for my refund. First they just tell me "sorry, no update."
When i tell them that i need more info they tell me "your coins are stuck on our liquidity partner side due to the issue on the sending stage." And "We’ll notify you as soon as we get any updates."
Again, never got an update.

Tuesday 30.04 (today)
Since i never get any updates i had to contact again the support.
I ask for any updates for my refund, answer"Hi! I've received your request and will review it within 10-15 minutes. "
1h later still no update. I ask again, answer: "Sorry, support service is a bit overloaded. I sent a request to the tech team asking for the updates. When there is any, I will certainly return to you."
Over 2h later, still no update. So i ask again, answer: "Sometimes the process might take up to 48-72 mins. We'll be back with updates." Told them that i asked over 2h ago, answre: "we haven't gotten updates from the technical department yet. we'll try to speed up the process."

I just want my refund.
