Do not use this service! I believe the positive feedbacks are all fake, written by the same person using different IPs (check them, they look all written using google translate and they are very similar) First time i use them for making a btc to volet exchange, very modest amount (about 300 euros), funds immediatly frozen and i got this message:
the funds associated with this deposit have been frozen. Please provide the following information:
what is your employment status?
what are your sources of income?
what was the source of the funds before you transferred them to us from your wallet/platform?
what was the purpose of receiving the funds that were subsequently deposited to us from your wallet/platform?
please provide screenshots confirming the movement of funds:
a withdrawal from the sending platform (e. G., An exchange) to your personal wallet—this is mandatory if the deposit for the exchange was made from a personal wallet;
a transfer of funds from your wallet/platform to us;
if the sender was a third party rather than you, please provide proof of communication/correspondence confirming the receipt of the funds/payment.
You must also provide the following materials:
1. A high-quality photo of your identity document (passport or national id card), showing all sides.
2. A high-quality photo of yourself holding this document.
I used not less than 15 exchangers so far and this is the first time it happends. If i was a high risk customer i believe other exchangers would make problems so far. So i asked support to send me the money back and they do not want to do it, saying that if i won't submit that sh*tload of documents they will give me back the money after 90 days. In your TOS is not written anywhere about 90 days funds hold. Total waste of time. I repeat, stay away from them.

Once again, a person is attempting to process “dirty” funds through our service, and when this does not work, they begin posting malicious reviews in an attempt to damage our reputation and undermine the feedback left by satisfied customers.
