I tried exchanging my SOL to DOGE and the deposit was received, confirmed, and then stuck in “Exchanging” for several hours. I reached out to support and they said to wait, which I did for 2 hours. They sent my issue to the technical team (whatever that is) and then wouldn’t tell me when my issue would be resolved. I need my SOL returned to me. I’ve done many exchanges before on simple swap but when there’s a failed exchange on their end, for whatever reason, your money is just stuck! I want my SOL back! Can’t recommend them bc it seems there is no expedient protocol for returning funds!

After reading all these comments here i can only confirm the issues here. Literally all trades till now worked out fine, around 3 hours ago i wanted to swap around 640$ to xmr. Triple checked addresses and everything, you know how it works. Came home from sports, seeing the trade was succesfully done. Long story short, no funds are showing up in my xmr wallet. Yes, it is the right address blabla, getting copy paste answers all the time. Like wheres the issue? this literally takes 5min to check if theres a issue, you guys just messed something up. Support member brad tells me my funds are safe, haha i feel so much better right now. Just give me my coins, this feels like a ***. 30 Confirmations right now. I want my *** money asap.

I tried to exchange 0.39 btc to usdt, and then it shows failed and asked me to complete KYC which i already did successfully, and the asked for the source of funds or if i am the owner of this wallet or not, i have shared all the screenshots and everything,
I had accumulated this btc from a very long time, and its is not from one places that i can proof where this much amount is exactly from, though i have shared the screenshot that this belongs to me, and i have done the exchange, if you dont want to complete the exchange please give me my money back, or else i am going to take this thing to the consumer court i swear.

I've been using it for 2 years, but yesterday for some reason a KYC check popped up. Manager Brad responds about once every 8 hours, saying something like: "I'll check it now," and then disappears for 8 hours. For the second day in a row, my $25,000 is stuck. The service used to be top-notch, but the support is terrible. I'll delete this review when they return my money!

Profanities and abusive language were removed by the monitor's administration
I have made several higher exchanges with Simpleswap but from 10 ETH they immediately ask for a KYC check or come up with AML excuses. My ETH came directly from an exchange before, but if you make 100 small exchanges it's no problem. It's just ridiculous! Am I supposed to do 20 KYC checks every day on different exchanges for this ridiculous amount? I've heard from others that it's a tactic to *** people because Simpleswap just keeps the money if you don't do the check. Avoid this website if you don't just want to exchange 100$. For higher amounts you will only have problems or never get your money back.
