For record purpose, I think what happened was that we had less reserve but your browser saved a history of the previous reserve so you were able to pay for more than available. Hence, the system put that at MANAGER REVIEW. Assuming today is a working day, the issue would have been corrected within a minute and you would not have noticed anything.
Lastly, I want to tell you that your BTC has been credited with compensation for waiting. You were credited $566.55 BTC equivalent for $560 BTC-e code. I regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I was paying PM to get BTC. Order form appear that i will receive 0.10 BTC, but at the end i received 0.09 BTC.
If the fee was 1.6%, then i should receive at least 0.0984 BTC i think.

Our system calculate the amount received in USD and then sent the equivalent BTC into your wallet.

When we count in USD, i lost around $4. And i did multiple exchanges with you with total loss of around $8. I advice you once you have Bitcoin in reserve, try to do exchange from PM to BTC and achive that system offers you 0.10 bitcoin. THen proceed with exchange, check the email and you might be able to see there is a bug in your system. Email vs website is different amount. I will also check myself after some days to veriffy issue is still there.

But i think some of the previous exchanges (before exchange 100608) might also wrong (at least 100596 one). These two (or more) faulty exchanges was done when your bitcoin reserve was low and i think i exchanged to exhaust your bitcoin reserve, so this also may play the role in non mathcing transaction amount (email/website).
PS: Today i did 2 more exchanges and amounts were correct (values in email/website matched)
