At first, i though this was a scam website due the old interface. But to my surprise they deliver and the exchange happends within max48h somtimes i got the exchange on the same day very swift and user friendly desing of the platform may give people false alarms. the exchange is great im happy with the service the fees are low compared to others i hope they wont change.

There is no problem on our side, you saw the receipt of the transaction. Problems on your side. I suspect (but not sure) that you are an Egyptian scammer posing as a US resident, and PayPal required you to confirm your residence in the US, and until that time they froze incoming transactions.
