The exchange manager asked me to delete my review for the second time today, arguing that the deal were fulfilled on time and that their payout process is 24 hours. Although yesterday they wrote here that their payout process is 4 hours. Their statement of regulations today does not match their statement of regulations yesterday, which indicates falsifications regarding the regulations and timeframes.

Support, trying to convince me everything was under control, consistently changed the order fulfillment time from "a few hours" to "one or two days". Please cancel the order and return the USDT.

Why don't you warn us that this money transfer will take 1-3 days? Why do you exchange tenge if the transfer will take several days because of you? The bank has now confirmed that they do not see this transfer. It's a waste of time. I will only close my claim when I see the money in my bank account.

If you’re looking for a fast and full swap that goes through on the first try — CryptoRoyal is not the place. The rate looked competitive, but the actual exchange took forever and came in chunks. My order was finally completed after 5.5 hours, even though they got my funds within 4 minutes (and confirmed it right away).
There were no AML/KYC issues — support said they just had “too many requests”. After 5 hours I got only a quarter of my payout, and had to chase the rest with formal complaints.
If you don’t mind paying extra fees for each partial transfer and have plenty of time to wait — go ahead. As for me, I’ll be staying far away from this service.
