one of the worst transaction experiences.
transaction was suspended. in the chat they wrote we are sorting it out and disappeared. I had to ask again and they said that they will not transfer to this address, provide another wallet.
Now the commissions for transferring usdt are quite large, and I do not want to spread it across different wallets at all. and for the return they take a commission of 1.5%.
As a result, I lost time, spent money and ruined the mood. I recommend avoiding this exchange office.

I absolutely do not recommend using this service to anyone. I tried to exchange BTC for USDT, after sending funds I received a message that the exchange was suspended, and the operator in the chat offered to fill out a form and specify the address for the return of funds. After filling out the form, the emails from the service did not come to the mail (domain @proton.me), as it turned out, the service does not work with this domain (which, of course, was not specified anywhere when creating the application). I managed to get an answer on the chat ticket, where it was said that the funds did not pass AML and KYT checks (this is literally the first time I heard about the second one), and to unfreeze the funds it is necessary to provide a lot of different documents, otherwise "the funds will be frozen on special accounts of the exchanger until receiving a notification from law enforcement or regulatory authorities containing instructions regarding these funds". The wording is very vague, and what notification from law enforcement authorities the service is going to wait for is not clear at all. Not to mention that my BTC address was used only for interaction with centralized exchanges and is clean according to AML bot. Also on Bestchange it is nowhere indicated that the exchanger can request KYC (usually it is indicated next to the name of the exchanger in the list. *** service.

Very good website, the best i have used. It is well designed and easy to use, with easy translation tool. The exchange rate and overall cost is top of the range.

I send tokens to exchange to other crypto, and tx was frozen as I didn't pass AML check. That is absolutely ridiculous, as it's my personal wallet I used only a few times only with CEX and exchanges. Also, I checked my wallet at aml service, which gave me lowest risk score, as was expected.

Manager didn't give me any details according to issue. He responds very slow. Also, I loose my time and tx fees twice for initial send and refund. I have no idea how long they will hold my funds, and I have to pass identification process to get my tokens back.

I don't recommend to work with Netex24, if you don't want to lose your time. I have no idea why that happend, I can proove all my funds. But they even didn't ask for it.
