I've sold in 2 operations 2,92 BTC overall for Adv Cash, it took more tahn 2 hours to get my order. And the worst thing is, that they have changed the exchange rate due to the market. I'm absolutely sure, that they would never have changed the rate if the market price grows, even if they say that they would.

Operator informed you via chat that rate has collapsed in advance and before even your transfer was deposited to our wallet. You gave personal and authorized agreement to get funds by updated rate. You have refused the 100% refund and agreed on new rate.
