I've send XRP for them with 2 days delay. They said, the course has changed and I can get 7% less money. But XRP has been grown all that days. They orrffer refund my money back to me and I've ask them for refunding. But they've stolen 7% of my initial XRP amount!!!
Do not beleive them & their course!!

It is over 4months now and i still havent received my funds, i got some receipts from e-scrooge(order 4386897 # 3U43A4, order 4789212 # 4UN0Y2) but it wasnt helpful for my bank in tracking the transactions..they request for a swift copy from e-scrooge if it was done through bank channel but the support itsnt so helpful, i get the same unhelpful information over and over again..this is really getting frustrating, bestchange.
Kindly look into this urgently.

As we repeatedly discussed in the chat with you: Requesting swift copies is not so easy as the transfer was executed via Visa or Mastercard and it isn't a classical swift transfer. We think that your bank has created this issue, but however, on your request, we demanded an investigation in our payment processor. The investigation may last up to 1 month. When we have some official results we will pass it to you by mail.

Apparently there is some misunderstanding in your bank.

Your payment was completed from our side and you have been provided with receipts confirming that. Since funds has not returned we can not refund your payment. Delay may be related to multiple factors that normally are due to client account limits or recipient bank policy. However, if your bank refused transfer it may take up to 30 days for funds to come back. Yet, there is no way for funds to disappear. They either will fund your account or will return to us. In both cases you will get it. We are sorry for your inconvenience.
