I ask them to refund my money and they've stolen 7% of my XRP!!

I've send XRP for them with 2 days delay. They said, the course has changed and I can get 7% less money. But XRP has been grown all that days. They orrffer refund my money back to me and I've ask them for refunding. But they've stolen 7% of my initial XRP amount!!!
Do not beleive them & their course!!

Their service is bad. This is a personnal experiencs with them. I made an order LTC to PAYEER USD which normally should not take more than 30 mins as indicated in their site. I waited 12 hours and contacted them, the support answered that they will make a refund for technical reasons. The support called me crook because I refused the refund. I sent them coin s when the price was 80.5 and when the price went to 77 they made a refund. This is not professional at all. Their support is unreponsive and may not answer you for hours. I am still waiting for him to respond and solve the problem but I dont encourage people to work with them.

The price was not the same, you didnt respect the 30 mins indicated in your website, you proceeded to refund after 12 hours, you didn't notify me before 30 mins, you stopped the order when the price dropped down. Your support is not professional, they called me crook, you dont respect yours own rules when you say online 24/7 but in fact you dont respond to my emails and messages. You also didn't clarify the reason why you stopped the application. I am not concerned with your reasons because you stopped the application after 30 mins. In your rules there is no article saying that you can stop an application at any time. You had an address for refund but you said it is not valid but after 24 hours you made a refund in the same address. You are not professional.

I have worked with many exchangers here and they are the best. CHANGER, UNIEX, PAYBIS, MAGNATUS, MAYCRYPTO MARKET, OPENCHANGE and many other exchangers, they are all good and work in light they send notifications and process application in indicated time. I am not talking about price anymore because when 30 minutes passed there must be no refund, you have to complete the order.

I have mixed experience with the service. From the positive side, service is fast, does not require full verification and exchange rate is usually good. However, the website has bugs, the verification procedure fails with strange debug messages like "NULL", customer support which claims to be 24/7 does not respond. I will not leave any specific feedback for a while, hope the service will improve and I can change it to positive

It is over 4months now and i still havent received my funds, i got some receipts from e-scrooge(order 4386897 # 3U43A4, order 4789212 # 4UN0Y2) but it wasnt helpful for my bank in tracking the transactions..they request for a swift copy from e-scrooge if it was done through bank channel but the support itsnt so helpful, i get the same unhelpful information over and over again..this is really getting frustrating, bestchange.

Kindly look into this urgently.

As we repeatedly discussed in the chat with you: Requesting swift copies is not so easy as the transfer was executed via Visa or Mastercard and it isn't a classical swift transfer. We think that your bank has created this issue, but however, on your request, we demanded an investigation in our payment processor. The investigation may last up to 1 month. When we have some official results we will pass it to you by mail.

Delay may be related to multiple factors that normally are due to client account limits or recipient bank policy. However, if your bank refused transfer it may take up to 30 days for funds to come back. Yet, there is no way for funds to disappear. They either will fund your account or will return to us. In both cases you will get it. We are sorry for your inconvenience.
