Absolutely no cheating sir. Due to delay in BTC-e rate update your order was created with the rate that is much higher than BTC-e.com. For such cases according to terms of use we have the right to recalculate the order in order not to have extra losses which would be unfair in this situation. You got the instanteneous BTC-e rate minus our commission not more not less. For more information please refer to User Agreement module 1.6

1.6. When conducting orders with Bitcoin exchange service has the right to recalculate order amount in case when total delay of funds arrival exceeds 10 minutes. This condition is related to very rapid dynamics of Bitcoin market price. Recalculation is done according to instantaneous Bitcoin market price (BTC-e) taken at the moment of funds arrival to our account (or time of reception of money transfer).

You lie a lot, that day you told me your site got problem and show wrong rate, now you tell me another reason. please answer my question? why this issue only happen in your site? second, what you think, I monitor rate, you mean exact that time i changed rate dropped from 450 USD to 436 USD, and again exact when i Received my pm, rate changed 436 to 448. so, i do same you, I put high rate and give low rate and tell that time rate dropped. you lie, you are cheater. all positive comment are fake, you do robbery.

I reported your robbery site here, If they do not want throw out your site, I do another thing. you are not trust, If you are man come to show me in chart, everything is clear, exchanged time and date, you only show me that time rate dropped. if you are right show me evidence that you do not lie. you lie, you and same you destroyed online business, people can not trust internet, You think you are clever and people are stupid, you think others can not use your dirty method to earn money? they could not put high rate to take customer attention and gives them low rate. As we've stated here before and now repeat it again the difference between amount in order and actually paid was due to delay in BTC-e rate update. Since BTC-e rate change rapidly, some times system is unable to track sudden spikes. Such cases can lead to an unfair deals for us (that includes your case) - due to that we leave the right to recalculate orders based on true rate that was on BTC-e at the moment of a deal. As spoken before our service charge only the commission. Thank you for understanding!

Did I buy BTC-e, That you talk about it? how much difference, 7 usd in 0.5 BTC, I told you show me evidence, everything clear, Date and Time, show me? you lie. All comments here made by your group, date and time show everything probably.

If you'd have any questions you can always contact us in on-line chat. As for your complain: we can not be responsible for WU system. They do blacklist receivers at any time without any notice - that may cause delays sometimes. We are sure that you aware of that as you are blacklisted by WU too, when you got blacklisted we were loyal and resend the transfer for you. Hope for your understanding.
Be carefull not to loose your money when dealing with some other exchanger. There are a lot of fraud.

If you always use the same people it is normal that they somewhen will get blacklisted. You can prevent this very easy by changing your senders from time to time. I am NOT blacklisted by WU - How can you write that when I echanged to WU in MY name before 3 days ? Where is your comment about you changing from WU yo MG or the other way round WITHOUT informing or asking me BEFORE you do this ?

P.W., Sir, you work with us for relatively long period and for at least several times we had changed system from WU to MG by your own request. This was done for the reason that you were unable to receive WU (from your own words). This is a fact, although you might argue here saying you've never had problems with WU receiving transfers every week. We have around 50 people working as senders/receivers for us every day and obviously we do change people on regular basis but even that can't guarantee that someone gets unexpectedly banned. You may work with other exchanger in order to understand the difference and truly appreciate our service, quality and loyalty to our clients. We will be waiting you back after some time. Good luck!

I did never say that E-scrooge is a bad exchange. I was just explaining my problems here, because in your chat nobody seemed interested. I only got to hear that's our terms of service and things like that.
But I don't want to extend this anymore.
But I want everybody here to know that this feedback page is nothing more than a bad joke. Why ?
Because if any exchanger that is listed on this website gets a negative review he/she can turn it immediately into a positive one just by answering. That is why No exchange listed here will have a negative feedback for longer than a few hours. If you want to renew your negative review you can do so by commenting again and just click on "Renew Claim" What the exchanger than will do is clear :) So it's an endless game without any sense and I am not interested in this joke anymore and will not renew my claim. Maybe better look for other sites that list feedback on exchangers
