The positive thing about e-scrooge.is – the 24/7 online support is responsive, but in my case not very helpful. 6 times I was trying to solve my issue with the online support, but got nothing else than the transaction is done, but delayed due technical reason. When I asked for a specific question like a TX ID or for any solution the chat gone silent for hours. My last message was completely ignored. I don’t see the point to try for the 7th time.
Great think about e-scrooge also, is the fact that you are able to save the chat protocol, so I got everything documented by sites own software.
I think there is a simple solution by just resend the transaction, but until then that’s a negative review unfortunately.

Maybe the first 6 times I was a bit unlucky. I started the support chat, but after posting my order number the Operator closed the chat and immediately left.
So this is how the helpful support on e-scrooge.is in reality looks like and I highly doubt the previous comments being authentic. They could be fake in my personal opinion.
The admin even don’t care about the negative comment for his own site here on bestchange for 5 days, when other exchanges try to solve things immediately.
So my next experience with e-scrooge.is is also a negative one.

We greatly apologize for the situation. Your transfer got stuck on the platform due to falure in ETH network on 6.12. After that we spend tremedous amount of time solving this situtation with our wallet provider to get your transfer unblocked. Nowdays all crypto providers and stocks are under great load solving issues and tickets delayed by 1 week or more and we all are affected by that.

you are writing, that you spended tremendous amount of time solving this situation and get my transfer unblocked, but I’m back from vacation and checked my ETH wallet it’s still empty. Despite that etherscan shows no pending transaction to my wallet.
Thank you for your afford, but until my ETH transfer is complete my claim still valid, because you did not fulfilled your obligations. Once you unblock or resend the ETH to my wallet I’m more than happy to remove my claim. I hope we can finish this issue very soon.

We did not get a response from our provider. They refuse to reimburse us for the ETH.
Our management decided to reimburse you for ADV from its own funds.
