They are neither completing my order nor refunding

Perfect Money

First they said they sent to a wrong address then they send us more perfect money we will initiate another transaction, I sent them $150+- more in perfect money they again did send any ripple amount
it is been 25 days they are not refunding my money and holding for not any reason. They are doing scam to me
guys please be aware of them i will be posting this review in other forums too.
they eaten my $700 almost.

Hello, Yes i am still asking for refund because you never gave me hash you never told me amount you credited you never told me the date you performed transaction when.

there must be difference of rate in this time frame i am asking for that spread refund? listen it is your own negligence so compensate me at most ?
