I exchanged BITCOIN CASH 2.9422 BCH ›ADVANCED CASH 999.9918 USD order 71887087 10.10.2017.
But I received only 957.39 AdvCash.
I read the User agreement, and there is recalculation only for BITCOIN "When conducting orders with Bitcoin exchange service has the right to recalculate order".
You recalculated my order between the time I payed and the 6 confirmations !!!!!!!!
The website don't tell about recalculation and the user agreement as well !!!!
So you guys can't recalculate the order.
I'd like to be payed 42.6 more USD.

We apologize but at this sense BITCOIN and BITCOIN CASH would mean the same. BCH is very similar by nature to BTC itself, same volatility. 6 confirmations could last for hours so that BCH rate can change very drastically within that time.
We pay only the USD value of your transaction minus our fee at the moment of tokens arrival to our wallet. No more no less!
The website tells about user agreement each time when you create an order (order can not be created without accepting it).

Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are not the same. Change the agreement from now on, you can add others currencies to the recalculation rule, but you have honror the old agreement where it says that you will recalculate only BTC. Please pay the 999.99 as agreed.
