Very bad exchanger. I don't recomment. They advertise that their exchange is instant and auto. They do manual transaction and after plenty of hours. They don't even bother to answer the live chat. They first answered and then they completely ignored me. VERY VERY BAD EXCHANGER!

Your payment was delayed by 15 minutes due perfect money service delay. Some times PM transfers can be processed up to several hours. That is however very rare and in most of the situations transaction is processed within few minutes. Thank you for understanding!

Do not lie to me. My account has NO DELAY turned on. Anytime i make a payment it's NEVER kept on hold. Never. Your exchanger is very bad and not auto.
You told me on chat that you haven't received SMS on your account so you can login. So don't lie.

We think there was a misunderstanding from your side. We never claimed that our service if fully automatic for all the directions. Some directions actually do work in manual mode. We strongly recommend you to be more attentive making the orders not to ignore repetitive comments about processing time (highlighted 5-20 minutes). You've made your order without noticing processing time information and then started to panic insulting and threatening our operator and service. Eventually you order was paid in 15-20 minutes thus our obligations have been fulfilled. We recommend you to have more attention, patience and politeness when working with exchangers this will help to avoid excessive aggravation and misunderstanding.

Threats ? I just told you i will notify Perfectmoney that you have stated on your website that you are instant and you are NOT. I was very polite. It was no missunderstanding from my side. Your exchanger is extremly bad. I wouldn't recommend it to nobody. Just for proof, there are a lot of people here who complain about your services. And that's that.

Dear Adrian,

Description on PM web site mention instant funding for Mastercard which has nothing in common with your exchange operation.

There are hundreds of satisfied clients and only 2-3 unsatisfied who had minor issues that are in most cases (including yours) caused by client own inaccuracy. Inaccuracy in reading terms of service (highlighted repetitively), inaccuracy in filling the correct details and so on. In all cases we always care about our reputation and ready to help the customer in the way that we can.
