We think there was a misunderstanding from your side. We never claimed that our service if fully automatic for all the directions. Some directions actually do work in manual mode. We strongly recommend you to be more attentive making the orders not to ignore repetitive comments about processing time (highlighted 5-20 minutes). You've made your order without noticing processing time information and then started to panic insulting and threatening our operator and service. Eventually you order was paid in 15-20 minutes thus our obligations have been fulfilled. We recommend you to have more attention, patience and politeness when working with exchangers this will help to avoid excessive aggravation and misunderstanding.
