Very bad exchanger. I don't recomment. They advertise that their exchange is instant and auto. They do manual transaction and after plenty of hours. They don't even bother to answer the live chat. They first answered and then they completely ignored me. VERY VERY BAD EXCHANGER!

We strongly recommend you to be more attentive making the orders not to ignore repetitive comments about processing time (highlighted 5-20 minutes). You've made your order without noticing processing time information and then started to panic insulting and threatening our operator and service. Threats ? I just told you i will notify Perfectmoney that you have stated on your website that you are instant and you are NOT. I was very polite. It was no missunderstanding from my side.
