This applies to both incoming and outgoing transactions. Check FAQ on their official site. – You need to press the 'complete exchange' green button to fix the rate and to complete your exchange operation. Until then the exchange price will be updated in real-time and can go both up and down. – Status "In queue" means that your exchange is completed and our system is making a transfer to your address/wallet. Because of this, it's possible that your order can be partially completed and in this case system will ask you to recalculate or make refund (if this option is chosen, you will receive only a part that was exchanged). You should have pressed 'recalculate rate' to finish your with the updated rate, but in fact you pressed 'refund'.
We completed your exchange manually and sent the remaining part. Please, take a look.
