This applies to both incoming and outgoing transactions. Check FAQ on their official site. – You need to press the 'complete exchange' green button to fix the rate and to complete your exchange operation. Until then the exchange price will be updated in real-time and can go both up and down. – Status "In queue" means that your exchange is completed and our system is making a transfer to your address/wallet. I suggest to decrease a number of confirms you require from 3 to 1
it's quite annoying to wait quite a long time if you send your bitcoins with low fee
