I came to make an exchange from Ethereum to a Canadian bank account. Registration must be done in a separate window, after registration you need to guess that your account is asking for your data for verification. After uploading data and photos, there were no actions for an hour. During this time, the exchange rate has changed many times, you know how it works.
After contacting the support chat, the check was faster. I need to receive money urgently, so I tried to find out how the transfer would be sent within Canada and from which bank to estimate the terms more accurately than the indicated formal 1-3 days. But even though they ask you to upload your documents to your account, they do not answer in principle the question from which bank they send money.
When I said that I was tired of this communication and was ready to cancel the application and write a negative review, the operator Jenny told me that it was because I am Ukrainian. Because no Canadian thinks negatively. And how did she even know that I was Ukrainian? She has my docs, perfect.
I did not transfer money to them, and do not recommend it to you. Suddenly you are also not positive enough or of the wrong nationality.

Issue has been successfully resolved by the exchanger's administration
This exchange is a joke. I placed an order to exchange BNB to AED. After 10 days order is not completed and refund is not paid. Two times they marked my order as "completed", while it wasn't. Support responds very slowly and often asks me to wait another X days due to whatever reason. During this "support process" they were collecting additional personal data about me. On the tenth day they admitted that they won't complete my order and I should wait unknown time for the refund. Also they want to charge me 30$ fee for them attempting to fulfil my order.

I placed my order on your exchange on April 10. On April 15, when I realised that you have problems with fulfilling my order, I placed an order for the same amount of money on the exchange of your competitors. They have managed to complete my order within 24 hours. Money were credited to the same bank account of the same bank. EmiratesID was not necessary and my nationality was not a problem. How they managed to that - I don't know. As a customer, I shouldn't know that.
This case is an evidence that the problem is not on my side. You can't say that. It's clear that you took an order which you are unable to complete. Also on April 12 and April 17 I got emails saying that my order is "completed" while it wasn't. I find such emails rather misleading. Don't you think so?
