I received funds from client with the cointype I have not been using so far. So I wanted to swap to the coin I use usually. I ordered swap erc20 usdt to bep20 usdt.
It was being processed more than 30 mins. I asked the customer support. They say 'My funds are used in criminal means'. Ha? I tried to contact the security service team of FixedFloat and provided every info they asked. But still no reply... Everyone do you see? I am not sure what's going on.
At least, when the money is frozen, they should provide why it is frozen, when I ask, no response, just say they received from their partners that my money was used in criminal means. CRIME? Haha... I have never been involved in crime. Why don't they provide the reason it is frozen?
Very risky and non-transparent platform. Don't recommend to use it. NEVER. I see that there are similar cases recently in this platform, and bad complaints about this platform. It is my fault that I didn't check this.
Not sure if they choose the order randomly, and say it's criminal, and take the money. Who knows? I politely REQUEST BestExchange Admins to talk with FixedFloat platform, and resolve this issue ASAP.

Update to my case:
Fixed float has responded to the police and provided all relevant data.
For anyone who got hacked and funds sent to fixed float, do not hesitate to go to your police and tell them to contact fixed float.

I have the real ip address of the hacker and tracking the funds.

The hacker is from russia and i have contacted a russian lawyer to sue the hacker. The hacker can still return the funds to my erc20 adress to do damage control. Otherwise i will sue him to the ground and he can rot in prison.

Fixed float is so far very helpful. They have blocked the hackers addresses if he reuses it.
They are also willing to work with law enforcement which is great and provide order and server data.
I am now waiting until my law enforcement will contact fixed float and hope we can track the stolen funds.
