FixedFloat support was fantastic (and on a Sunday). Via Live Chat on their website, they resolved my issue in less than 15 minutes -- funds in hand.
Over a weekend I used Fixed Float to convert some BTC to Bitcoin Lightning (BTCLN).
I made the mistake of both paying too low of a confirmation fee and creating a lightning invoice that expired in just 1 hour.
Once the BTC funds I sent to them confirmed, FixedFloat automatically attempted to send Lightning funds to the Lightning Invoice I provided them. But my invoice had expired and I did not receive funds.
I easily found FixedFloat chat support, opened up a request for help, and received a person in 1 minute. I provided them the Fixed Float order ID and explained my problem in just a few sentences.
Support Chat said they could help me right away. All I needed to do is create a new Lightning Invoice for X amount and post it in the chat. Less than 10 minutes later, my new invoice was paid and I was made whole again.
And all of this was done live on a Sunday. Well done FixedFloat. Thank you.

Since we have a fully automatic system, the processing of non-MEMO orders requires the direct intervention of our technicians, whether you proceed with the order or issue a return. All requests from users that violate the terms of use of our service are processed in turn.
Section 4 paragraph 4.9 "Sending funds for an Order as a transaction with incorrect parameters.
