I use it to move money from Paypal to Skrill and never had any trouble, although with smalls ammounts of money (<100 USD). It wasn't that fast with with this pathway (Paypa->Skrill), usually it takes 1 day, but is understandable. I recommend it!

I have exchanged with this site 3x before and all the times they have been very slow at responding and held on to my money for more days than agreed upon. my current exchange was supposed to be completed yesterday and they haven't completed yet. i don't think this site has any reserve on their accounts. they pair customers with each other and right now, they are holding on to my money. for the 4th time, more delays and unresponsive.
