It took a claim at this portal to resovle it faster.

At this point, i believe this is a scam. Please be very wary. 6 hours ago I received a message stating that they are sorry for the delay and I will receive my money shortly. Since then I have gotten no other response nor my funds. I note that the complaint below has not received a response as well.

Kindly advise what I can do as recourse.

At the 72 hour mark I contacted the exchanger to inform them I will be opening a dispute with PayPal. Once I did so they contacted me within less than an hour to tell me again they will send the money asap but only if i cancel the dispute. However if I cancel the dispute it will be like confirming that the transaction has no problems and I have not received the money so i informed them i would not do that until i receive my money and they have refused. Very scammer behavior. I will have to eventually escalate with PayPal. Documenting so that everyone can be wary of this exchangers behavior.

These ppl were horrible! After not responding to me once I opened the PayPal dispute they tried to bully me with more than 10 messages telling me they would not send my payment until I cancel the dispute. I didn't trust them and refused to until I received my money. They came up with excuses and even blamed me for them not sending my money even after they told me they would do it asap. They told me they would refund me in 12hr but then continued to beg me to cancel the dispute. When I didn't do so they finally refunded me and continued to send rude messages.
