No response for 12 hours after payment has been made. After that time they send in the PART payment & give you some crappy reason that they have XXXXX number of orders pending so u have to be put on hold, they will extend the transfer time without any prior update/info. while they actually transfer the money you sent to their banks to cash out / send back to you. 11/10 will never use them again or refer them to anyone else. I would suggest that Formal Passport Owners of WMZ do the transfer directly to their bank as even that takes only 2 to 3 working days, I initiated another 200 WMZ direct and i already got a confirmation on that. But these guys dont even have the basic business courtesy to reply

Set up a transaction last night after emailing back and forth with an admin. As I was a new account they wanted me to send them partial payment before they accepted the full amount as a security I guess. They sent me the info for an account to send 6599rub using qiwi so we could start the process. Which should be 14999rub to 201.64 usd PayPal. I sent the 6599rub to confirm the transaction start but that was early this morning and now it's late afternoon as soon as I sent the money over I've had no contact after that point. Sent them an email about an hour later seeing what's happening and no reply, then again another hour and so on until now. Still no reply with any information or what I can do next. Help?

Now no one reply and dont want to gave me my money. The solution is to complain WebMoney for this fraud.

I tried over a month to deposit webmoney with pre paid visa with no luck. Today i found this site and transfered 10$ (5$ fee) from paypal to wmz very quick and very good service and easy to do!
