I'm satisfied with their service delivery... the primary essence is to have your money transferred.

One good thing is that they do the due diligence before allowing you to send money, not receiving money first.

They should see if they can reduce service fee and in some cases, service delivery time.

Overall, I was satisfied, and would use again.

While they are a legitimate service, do NOT expect your money with you any time soon.

Especially if you're exchanging Paypal to <Misc> (whatever other currency). They like to hold your money for up to 15 days, despite their terms indicating a 7-8 day hold.

I'm letting this one pass, but if this continues, I'll be making sure they end up having a lot of troubles for falsely stating their terms and holding money for longer than is needed.

I started with them Saturday 11:47 pm at night which was yesterday and ended at 3aam today which is Sunday..at 11:47pm a notification about transaction to be expected and 5pm it was completed..They stayed true to their word and completed the whole thing withing the 24 hours as promised. I was a first timer to their site and it only took 15-18 hours total from the time I signed up to the time money deposited. I like to take note also that I was also a first timer with Okpay too and a US Citizen..I was not verified with okpay but verified with paypal and they were able to transfer my okpay usd to paypal usd with no problem. Just provide proof your the same person and it should be easy process. After the transaction, if your new you leave feedback and they credit you extra money.
