Very bad service. I made a transaction on 2018 skrill to PayPal and it went ok. But my second transaction from PayPal to skrill still not completed and it took more than one day eventhough I am already a client

I made a transaction in the past (ID: 157209). I really dont know why the girl Karina asked me to verify again my skrill and PayPal eventhough they have been verified in the last transaction. And still I didn't receive in money in Skrill for the current transaction

This is unfair. Karina mentioned if we need the money before the hold on the money can be taken off. There is no reason to wait for 5 days and for you to take commission
