TierraPay has been so far my favorite exchange to convert BTC to Yandex Money. I did 7-8 different transactions in the last weeks and they all went fine without any issues. Rates are always among the top ones. The site has a near perfect english translation. Their platform also displays QR codes for bitcoin addresses and have copy/paste icons which are very convenient. They also use P2SH bitcoin addresses which help reduce transaction fees. They also send confirmation emails for each step of the transaction and they provide you with with transfer confirmation numbers. A+
