What a totally useless support! I've been attempting to exchange tether for a whole day. Their site has a bug and does not redirect to the payment gateway.

Warning: when using this exchange to transfer to Paypal, you will have to pay additional 4% Paypal fee!! Paypal will charge it from the amount you received, even if you have US payplal account.
I converted an amount from BTC-E code to Paypal. Was surprised to get charged the fee (some other services are able to my account transfer without additional Paypal fees). I contacted exchange and finally received full refund, but it took me long time and hassle to do so.
