I made a Money Transfer from Perfectmoney to paypal. Operator said they can't process the transaction, something went wrong. I requested a refund, 20 Dollars. They paid me only 10 Dollars of the money, is it such nonsense? Yeah.
I want it to be fixed immediately, this is outright fraud. I am a man who works for 1.5 Dollars a day. That price is too high for me. It may be low for you. I would like an authorized person to correct the situation.
