Very cooperative and safe. Even though i was concerned about sending photo of my ID etc, it all went well and i am very satisfied.
They answer usually in 5-8 hours, so first transaction will take some time (about 2 day chat and the 1-2 days for money to receive, lets say 4-5 days max) because of all authentications they have to go through, but i suppose that second transaction will be lot easier and faster. Overall, I will definitely use this service again!

These people are great! they exchanged/accepted my paypal account entry to bitcoin without any issue.. i had to go through a verification process since i was new to their site...no big deal!..
