BTC course was fixed when you have paid (46700), you unhappy with it. But it is in our agreement, that course became fixed only when you pay.
We had paid BTC to you when course was 47800. You're also in plus. It's also strange why you're still was unhappy.

But wasting so much time with questions, verifications and more including me making a video and sending to you on Telegram but the figure you stated in your next email while you ask me to make a video has been reduced to 0.00435..... from 0.00439208 above but I never complained and just cooperate since it's a small amount reduction and then you finally ask me to send my payment which I did immediately but I notice the figure in your next email has reduced again drastically from 0.00435.... to 0.0043117 something which was different from the initial agreement which I do not understand so I protested inorder to know what was going on but I could not comprehend your response so I replied you saying that I will do follow up on this with best exchange inorder to be sure if this was right or not and that if best exchange states that it's right, then am cool with it simple and then your response was to tell me not to trade with you guys again because am making you guys nervous.

I am a customer and have the right to ask questions regarding a transaction I don't understand or feel suspecious about and it is your duty to clarify whatever it is in a professional manner . The way and manner in which you send messages was unprofessional and that's what really got me upset. I never meant to leave a review but you had to leave me a reminder message again that am making you guys nervous and I should not trade with you again after my transaction has been completed which took u guys more than two days before releasing my BTC.

A simple question deserves a simple and professional answer because the way and manner in which you responded after I said I will inquire from best exchange made me suspecious about you and till now I still don't know if changing those figures after a trade has been fixed is right or wrong.

Olushola, again, BTC course fixed ONLY when you have paid. Not when exchange order is submitted, not in conversation in exchange order. Only when payment processed by bitcoin network. It's written in our exchange terms and you agreed with it.

Still this has not justified you telling me not to trade with you guys again and that am making you guys nervous. When does a customer asking a simple question relating to his or her transaction becomes a crime. Even if it is stated on your website, it still doesn't justify your response and action in anyway.

Like I said earlier, you treat people as if they are begging you to trade with them or as if you are rendering a free service to them which is bad . I still maintain my stand, this is not a justification whatsoever for such response .

Sorry, but we appreciate nervous of our clients and our nervous and want to save it if see, that any problem can be happen. So please do not put new exchange requests at our website. Thank you for understanding.

If asking a question I do not understand regarding my transaction could trigger the nerves of your staff then it's a waste of time to deal with such exchange in the first place and I can categorically state that I regret ever dealing with magnatus and wont recommend because they get nervous and irritated easily due to customers simple inquiries and questions.
