FixedFloat froze my BTC->USDT exchange on Sep 29, 2026 (0.0363 BTC, about $3,000), ticket/order ***. I used this exchanger regularly for about a year with no issues. Their compliance asked about the origin of the funds; I fully explained my activity — I buy crypto for cash in person from private individuals and resell it. I answered every follow-up question and repeatedly offered them: if you cannot perform the exchange, simply refund the coins to the sender address minus your fees. For over a month their answer has been a loop of impossible demands: screen video of my private Telegram, full Telegram archive exports, and "bank records of cash withdrawals" that cannot exist for cash deals. They explicitly refuse to say what evidence would close the case, refuse to refund, and give no timeline. Funds are frozen indefinitely.

Hello. This comment illustrates exactly the loop described in my review. For over a month I answered every question in writing and asked one simple question repeatedly: what concrete document would close this case? The only answer I received: 'each case is considered separately'. Meanwhile, the demands escalate to things that cannot exist for cash trades (bank records of cash withdrawals) or that no professional service should ask a customer to produce (unedited screen video of my private Telegram, complete unmodified Telegram archive exports). I have also offered, multiple times, the cleanest possible resolution: refund the 0.0364 BTC to the sender address minus your fees — this removes any compliance concern entirely. That offer was never addressed in any reply. On Oct 26 your team again gave no actionable requirement and no timeline, while about $3,000 remains frozen for over a month. I remain ready to cooperate within reason: either name one concrete, realistic document that will close the case, or process the refund to sender minus fee.
