Bestchange, I kindly ask you to closely review FixedFloat's response. The exchange is attempting to evade responsibility for the quality and safety of the cryptocurrency they supply to their clients. They openly admit that funds are sent from their "main consolidation addresses," which have already been flagged with a highly toxic "Sanctions" AML marker. As an end-user, FixedFloat's internal technical structure and wallet consolidation methods are irrelevant to me. The objective fact is that I was paid in toxic assets. If I attempt to deposit these USDT onto any reputable centralized exchange (such as Bybit, or Binance), my account will be permanently banned without the right to withdraw, as all regulated platforms strictly prohibit interaction with "Sanctions" category assets. Furthermore, Tether (the issuer of USDT) can blacklist and freeze my personal address at the smart-contract level at any moment for holding sanctioned funds. FixedFloat’s suggestion that I use these exact funds for another exchange on their platform is absurd. The exchange service offers to process the exchange, yet they are the ones who will block my funds upon seeing the 5.3% sanctions—the very same funds they sent themselves. I categorically object to closing this dispute. Due to FixedFloat's negligence, my funds are currently at risk of being permanently frozen, and my financial safety has been severely compromised. I demand that BestChange compel FixedFloat to either replace these funds with clean assets (free of the Risk/Sanctions tag) or refund my original deposit.

The 5.3% “Sanctions” risk indicator you refer to is an assessment provided by the AML services you chose to use. It does not in itself establish that the USDT sent to you will be frozen by the exchanges you mentioned. We are not aware of any issues with the use of funds from our addresses on those exchanges.

As already explained, different AML services may assign different risk indicators based on their own methodologies. FixedFloat cannot guarantee or be responsible for assessments made by third-party analytical services.

Your order was completed in full. If you do not wish to keep the received USDT, you may freely use them to make a reverse exchange through FixedFloat. There are no restrictions on our side preventing you from doing so.

We have additionally reviewed the transaction and checked it using several independent AML analytics services.

The analyzers consistently identify the transaction as having been sent from an address belonging to the FixedFloat cluster. In other words, the source of the payout is recognized as FixedFloat itself rather than as an unrelated third-party address.

The service is classified by these analyzers as an unlicensed exchange, which results in a standard AML attribution of exactly 60% “Exchange Unlicensed”. Accordingly, this transaction transfers exposure only to the category associated with an unlicensed exchange and does not indicate that the funds originated from another source.

It is important to distinguish this technical AML label from the actual legality of a service’s activity. In some jurisdictions, crypto exchange activity may be permitted without a separate license or may be subject to a different form of registration or regulation. Therefore, the “Exchange Unlicensed” label by itself does not mean that a service is operating illegally.

Based on the results of the independent checks, we do not see grounds to conclude that the payout introduced any additional risk beyond the standard classification associated with the exchanger itself.
