Very bad support. I needed to top up the balance for the service, I have USDT but service accepts BTC only. These *** set a very low fee (0.49 USD) for a 1000 USD transaction so no confirmations of course, an hour later they just created another transaction with a normal fee, it went through but my service will never see it because it's waiting for confirmations for the first transaction. Now I need to wait for weeks for the service to answer and manually check my transactions. FixedFloat support just doesn't care. ***.

I used FixedFloat (also known as ***) on March 26. They kept my funds, didn't return it, and claimed it was from criminal activity.

In actual fact, the crypto I sent them came from a refund from CoinGate (a legitimate crypto payment processor).

I supplied FixedFloat with the confirmation email I got from CoinGate explaining the origin of the funds, and they simply responded with this:

"If you refuse to provide data about the origin of the funds sent or provide false data, and if the data you provide confirms your connection to criminal activity, FixedFloat has the right to freeze the funds for the subsequent return of funds to the victims with the assistance of law enforcement agencies."

In other words, "we'll accuse you of crime and keep the money."

The current situation is that they won't return my funds until CoinGate contact them. I've asked CoinGate to do so, and they said they'd look into it. Haven't heard anything since. FixedFloat is obviously a scam because they could just call CoinGate themselves and sort this out. They haven't.

Let me also point out that any attempt to notify the public of this thieving company is being roadblocked. My review on Trustpilot is immediately taken down, I tried posting in the /CryptoCurrency subreddit and it was also immediately removed. So if you're wondering why you only hear good things about this thieving company, now you know why. Hell this post is probably not even published so you're probably not even reading this.

FixedFloat is 100% ***. I have paid to them on March 30. They have ***me. DON'T TRUST THEM. From 1 month the site isn't working. They *** many people and they allegedly started technical work. Never use ff. They are very BIG ***. I have all my payment proof.
