I totally recommend this exchange. I created a XLM to BTC order, then I withdraw XLM from my gate.io account directly to the XLM address mentioned on the order. The withdrawal took more than 5h to go through, as the time to process the payment was almost ending I sent the XLM again and the transaction was well process. The withdrawal I did from my gate.io account finally went through and the xlm was sent to the exchange address, I contacted them and they send me BTC again so I didn't lost my money.
So beside the exchange is very fast the support is also one of the best I know, they always respond very fast

This is an excellent service which I've used many times, but my most recent experience is the best customer service ive ever had from any service, EVER and let me tell you why.

I made a mistake on MY end and fixed float fixed it for me even though it wasnt their fault. They stopped the exchange and gave me a refund before i would have lost my money.
