I created a request to exchange USDT TRC20->BTC. The website's terms and conditions stated 15-180 minutes. More than three hours had passed when I contacted support. They told me there was some kind of DDoS attack on their servers, but their website was available for new exchanges the entire time. They couldn't process the refund promptly for another 30 minutes. During these delays, the exchange rate naturally changed, and I suffered losses. I don't recommend them. Also, please note that they charge a commission, which I only learned about in an email.
