I made a USDT transfer on June 25th from the TRC20 network to an ERC20 address, which is under KYC verification.
I responded to the initial questionnaire on June 26th, and received a follow-up request for additional documentation on July 4th. I submitted the requested documents on July 8th, but have not received any updates since then.
I would appreciate it if someone could check the status of this case and let me know if any further action is required from my side.

I made the exchange over a month ago, and despite having submitted all the requested documentation, I have yet to receive any response or update regarding its status.
The initial payment was made on June 25th, and I promptly responded to the first questionnaire. Additional documents were submitted as requested, but since then, I’ve heard nothing back.
This delay is highly concerning and unacceptable. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and a clear update on the status of the transaction.
