They block my transaction and sent me these emails:

The exchange is not possible: the asset is blocked by the exchange due to a high level of risk (65%), including sanctions and illegal sources. Verification is required to make a refund. You have already received a request, and it cannot be processed without verification.

As part of the mandatory KYC/AML verification procedure, we ask you to provide the following materials to confirm your identity, the origin of funds, and the nature of the transaction:
Video confirmation:
– A short video (up to 1 minute) in which you hold a passport (the page with the photo);
– The face and the document should be in the same frame;
– Clearly pronounce your full name as it appears in the passport.
Photo of documents:
– A photo of a passport (the page with the photo);
– A selfie with the same passport.
Confirmation of the source of funds:
– Screenshots of the sender's wallet with transaction history;
– Agreements, correspondence, or other confirmations of the nature of the transfer;
– Statements from the exchange/wallet;
– Any other documents confirming the legal origin of the funds.
Description of the transaction:
– A brief explanation of who received the funds, the purpose of the exchange, and the final recipient;
– Confirmation that you own and control both wallets involved (specify the networks for the specific transaction).
After providing all the documents, they returned my btc back.
The exchange was not successful.

I sent 600 USDT relying upon mostly positive reviews, but eventually read the few negative reviews and now agree with them. After my payment, nobody contacted me, no order was created. In an hour, I texted them on TG, and the operator offered up to 15 transfers. I asked several questions trying to minimize the number of transfers (just because I was sending the money to someone else and the up-to-15-transactions BS was really inconvenient). The operator was slow to respond and his wry remarks just got me — I asked to refund my money. Terrible customer service!
Upshot: I lost 2 hours of my time texting back and forth with this stupid operator and did not transfer the money... but I learned the lesson — never contact these *** again! And read all reviews carefully next time.
