If you are in a hurry - I would not recommend this exchange. For example for TRX - they need 15 confirmations(I don't judge, I'm just stating facts).
Although I did get my money, but it took them about half an hour to do my order. Support, as they say "is very busy", thats why they might reply to your message after about 10min or so(and only after you remind them with a message, as I did).

2 times transactions were rejected by the bank due to "purchase of cryptocurrency is prohibited". My request to make a regular transfer from card to card, as other exchangers do, was refused.
