Exchange for LTC was displayed at 8312 USDT, I got 8170. I feel scammed, because LTC hovers over 228 since hours, and every other exchange would have given me at least 8250.

There is missing at least $80 in my account.

So, I will never use this exchange again, I saw how they waited additional time to let LTC price slide down a bit more.

Last night I made an order with the company from Perfect Money USD to PayPal EUR, the transaction was indicated (in average 30 min.) The money was transfered, but nothing happened. Afetr about 1 hour waiting I contacted the online support, I was informed that it is not 30 minutes, but usually 24 hours. OK. After 24h nothing still. I contacted the support again, and was informed that because of technical problem I will get a refund (I contacted them, not thy contacted me!!!). I got a refund to Perfect Money. For me this costed 137.68 USD, and I got refunded 135.67 USD. So because of their "technical problem" I will have to pay 2 USD ... this is the end of the story? Is it fair? Can this be called a fair way of business? Not in Europe I think!

By the way ... a concurent money exchanger made the transaction in the said 30 min interval ... the exchange there is already over.

AVOID E-Scrooge exchanger ... never again!!! All I gained was 2 USD minus at my account and 24h time loss. Is this what you looking for ... then go ahead and use their "service".

I tried the service, in the FAQ, a paypal payment suppose to take up to 24h , its more the 35 hours now, and each time i talk to customer service, they keep telling me that my order will be completed in the next hour.......

I DONT recommend this website.... no trust in them,,,,,,,

Was SOLVED! there was a delay exceeding 4 hours since they tried to deposit in paypal, no was possible for a paypal account restriction and the money was returned, the service has delays but is TRUSTED

It is awful! The service just screwed me over for 220 euros! I initialized exchange process from BTC to Euro PayPal, it has been already more than 12 hours since I started the process and nothing changed to its status! I was about to donate money for a person with cancer desease who really needs it,but I just simply lost my money and support just send me the same messages that it "will take 24 hours, but usually 30 minutes!". Admin reply me ASAP, we need to settle this question down!

Hello,
I put an order for exchanging btc to PayPal 15 hours ago. My btc transaction was confirmed after 1 hour. Website says it takes up to 30 minutes after the btc confirmation, but after 2 hours I didn't see money into my PayPal account. I contacted the support. He told me that my order is being processed and it will take a few more hours. After waiting 3 hours nothing happend. Support does not reply anymore.

My exchange has not gone through. And the customer service is very rude. I sent 500usdt and the guy denys having received it. But first he said they were processing it shortly and to my surprise the guy started speaking rudely and blocked me. Wen I tries to ask for their email address I send them clear snapshots those guy refused to send email. I have the snap shot and emails with me for my exchange. He has blocked me now.
