I have emailed both *** and *** several times, and I have provided proof that the money is legit from the hyperliquid airdrop, not illegal and I am not money launderer. Do you want me to submit the tx hashes here? It has been two weeks, go check the block chain for yourself, there is zero reason for my transaction to be suspicious, shotgun kyc isn't cool and goes against your own terms of service. We can either talk here or you can reply to my emails, but you cannot hold my own money illegally any longer.

Are you kidding me lol you guys use AMLBot and i ran it on AMLBot myself and it isn't high risk. this is a clear shotgun kyc which is a violation of your own terms of service. hyperliquid is a legitimate protocol, and the funds can be clearly sourced to hyperliquid. i agreed to KYC if it raised any AML flags, but the same provider of AML that your exchange uses does not raise the slightest suspicion on my wallet address. your refusal to share the results of the AML just adds to that suspicion, as well as claiming you never recieved my emails when i've clearly sent them. i see you have a twitter account, may i message that? your support on your website just says to wait for an email reply, and so far i have not gotten one, and two weeks is unreasonably long. alternatively, refund the funds to the sending address and i will drop all cases, as well as change my negative reviews to positive ones. to the admin of bestchange, please reopen my claim as they are still holding my money and refusing all contact, unless you can post what raised suspicion of the source of my funds, because i highly doubt you can as they are 100% legal.
