I attempted to exchange 10.6 ETH on Coincraddle when Ethereum was still valued at $39,000. The transaction was blocked, and my funds have been frozen for over 4 weeks now! No one is responding to my emails or support tickets.

Coincraddle is a ***! They process small amounts to gain your trust, but as soon as you send a larger amount, your funds get frozen.

Even though I submitted KYC and Source of Funds within one day, the money is still blocked, and I haven’t received any explanation or support.

My advice: Stay away from Coincraddle! Use trusted exchanges that are transparent and reliable. Coincraddle is a complete ***!

As already mentioned, I have provided all the necessary information. Clearly and comprehensively. KYC, Source of Funds, and a detailed explanation of how and when I purchased the ETH. Two weeks ago, I was already promised that the issue would be resolved, but now my emails are simply being ignored!

I don’t like repeating myself, but this is truly a scam by Coincaddle! They intentionally process smaller amounts from customers, but with larger payments, they try their luck. Not with me! I will definitely take legal action and write additional posts to warn people about this ***!
