Worst exchange service of all time. I was need do 20$ excahge skrill to ETH. They ask me to much question about my VERIFIED! skrill. They need my pasport scan for 20$ exchange LOL.! ok after I provided all what whey need they say will provide me skrill account for transaction via 72 hours! already gone 24 and nothing for 20$ it's nonsense.

Upd to my previous review. They are send me account of some user there i must send 8$ and said whait for another account for 12$. This is against skrill rules and agaist any normal exchange service. This service must be banned from best change. I hope admin of best change will delete them from list.

I made an order on 12.11 for $1000 and started to receive small amounts of $128, $113 to my PayPal from different strange people. Later i received a written confirmation that these are from Magnatus (i can provide if it necessary). For each of such amounts, I have been ADDITIONALY CHARGED! for $6.9, but according to an exchange agreement with Magnatus, I paid them enough! and from my $1000 i expected to receive $947.
But they broke their agreement by sending me parts of the money via different people and charging me much more extra! I have just received from Magnatus 241, and for each $100, they charged me an extra $6,9! I am not sure if this ***, such as Magnatus, transferred me the whole amount, but if they are going to use the same fraud system, I have to pay more, another $65! what we didn't agree.
They refer to PayPal system but it's lie. I made another 2 similar transactions via honest companies as *** and *** and received the whole amount on PayPal as we agreed.
Magnatus is a *** and charged me extra for using other people to send me money.

I have already explained! above and writing a message directly to you with attached evidence as other company send money following the agreement. I paid them the amount at received exactly what they promised me, minus their commision, NOT PayPal as you refer on them. I didn't agree with PayPal. You declared 5% commision — yours and 0,5% from PM that is what i paid and expected to receive. Other your colleagues done everything correct and on time paid me the whole amount without any hidden addition extra charge. You paid me just $241,93 through the different strange people and charged me extra for $13,03!

I received exactly the same amount what we agreed with them! i sent you on your compnay's email screenshorts of these transactions as evidence. I asked them to refund outstanding money due to broken the agreement between us from their side but they ignored all reasonable, obvious evidence and follow the fraudness... I didn't sing with them an agreement about any of my 'own risk' they just umpudently declared about this and that's it... No, it's not correct. We aggred about amount of $947 but you deducted me for more $13.03 maybe due to your unprofessional action. I don't mind but it's a fact that you broke of agreement.
For your knowledge, an agreement is consider valid if two parts took a participation in it and doesn't matter if it signed or not. It singed by our actions — I paid you and you accepted money. The deal was done. End of story! Unprofessional....very poor knowledge in everything...
