Did 8 orders with them, all went smooth without any problems. Then when trying to make a new order out of the blue I see this message: "You have been banned from creating new exchange requests." Contacted them in the existing exchange request twice – 0 response (2 days have passed since). Contacted them in the email – 0 response. Contacted them in Telegram – helpless answer that says to write in the exchange request. And that is considering that they sent me an email with "Do you have the funds in your PayPal account? We could make the exchange quickly. We are waiting for new requests from you, thanks." in August. This is shady and cringe as ***. Seems very unreliable and unprofessional.
