Before the exchange we done an agreement with you, that exchange term will be up to 96 hrs. Is it true or not? Exchange will be in term as agreed. If you need faster you need to ask us about ability in exchange requestbefore the payment. Or ask after the payment - we will try to do asap. Exchange time just a little depends of reserves. It's not simply exchange like BTC->ETH etc.
